Step One of the Application Process
Submit an initial enquiry and one of our representative will be in touch to complete a financial health check with you.
Step Two of the Application Process
Working with our mortgage network PRIMIS, we will source the right mortgage to fit your individual needs. We will the arrange for an approval in principle (AIP).
Step Three of the Application Process
Once we have received the AIP and you’re ready to complete a full application for the mortgage, we work through all the relevant paperwork and ensure all t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted!
Step Four of the Application Process
We will then receive the official mortgage offer, upon receiving the offer we will then guide you through any additional steps or necessities to the completion of your purchase.
Our broker fees
Loan amounts below £500k
For loan amounts under £500k we charge a fee of 1.5% or £5,000 which ever higher.
Loans between £500k-£1m
For loan amounts between £500k – £999,999 we charge a fee of 1.25% or £5,000 which ever higher.
Loans over £1million
For loan amounts over £1 million, our broker fee would be 1%.
