At Loans Arena we specialise in assisting customers who hold numerous Buy to Let properties. We can either review the finance of one property at the time or look at remortgaging several properties simultaneously to help you build a bigger and stronger portfolio.

HMO & holiday let

A house in multiple occupancy (HMO), refers to a property where 3+ people from more than one household live under one roof and ‘common areas’ exist, such as the living room and the kitchen. We can either assist you on financing an HMO let under one AST (Assured Short-hold Tenancy) or under separate ASTs.

We can also help you get the best mortgage deal would you look at short-term holiday lets.

Limited company

Financing a Limited Company But to Let can be tricky. However, our dedicated team can assist you in purchasing and/or remortgaging a But to Let property held under an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle).

Application process

Step One

Submit an initial enquiry and one of our representative will be in touch to complete a financial health check with you.

Step Two

Working with our mortgage network PRIMIS, we will source the right mortgage to fit your individual needs. We will then arrange for an approval in principle (AIP).

Step Three

Once we have received the AIP and you’re ready to complete a full application for the mortgage, we work through all the relevant paperwork and ensure all t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted!

Step Four

We will then receive the official mortgage offer, upon receiving the offer we will then guide you through any additional steps or necessities to the completion of your purchase.

Our broker fees

We do not charge a broker fee for a standard application. For a complex enquiry we can charge up to a maximum of 0.75% of the loan amount or a maximum fee of £5,000.
